Alan C. Duncan: Bio

Alan C. Duncan

Alan C. Duncan is a fresh voice in music. In 2004 Duncan released his first LP, the passionate, controversial "Fisherman."
Since then he and his wife Joanna have formed the group Three Strands and are now carving out a niche by providing listeners with honest, challenging music.
Alan and Joanna are currently working on two breakthroughs EPs. One is a gritty, sample-based, soulful underground project that will be available soon for free download. The other is a raw, organic, collection that will be available shortly after.
Three Strands is emerging during an era where secular music is filled with sex, drugs and violence, while at the same time most "Christian" artists don't actually talk about Christ. Three Strands strives to be the difference.
Three Strands has brought the unapologetic message of Jesus Christ to a wide range of places. Such venues range from churches, coffee houses, and Christian bookstores to prisions and the projects.
It is their passion for people and Jesus, as well as their willingness to tackle though topics that make the music of Three Strands accessable to both church going grandmothers and street-hardened thugs.
Alan and Joanna want to use music to show people that Jesus Christ is real and that He loves us and desires a relationship with us.

Note: Alan C. Duncan is also currently making moves in the world of video and music production. He has done video work for The Cleveland Browns, The American Policy Roundtable, and Pier Associates. Alan also steps out of the booth and behind the boards and is available to other Christian artists as a producer. Feel free to contact Alan at catrino34@yahoo.com if you are in need of video or music production work.
